I have been interviewed and selected for a role in EY UK. The status of my job application is “congratulations on receiving an offer from EY”.
However I have not received any email yet.
Can someone confirm which team sends the final offer coz the HR is saying that he has processed everything from his side.??EY

Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

Hi all,
I’m looking to relocate to Seattle. Does anyone know if any of the Big 4 are still recruiting campus hires to start in Summer/Fall 2023? I’m open to either Audit or Tax, but I have internship experience in Tax.
I applied and received an offer at a Big 4 in San Francisco (campus hire), but I’ve decided Seattle is the better fit for me as it will be closer to my hometown and family in Vancouver.
Thanks!

Based on how bad I hear the job market currently is, 6 weeks is nothing. I've heard about people searching for 6-24 months
Experiencing the same. Lots of linked in traffic, little to no responses
I have not had much luck applying on LinkedIn. Maybe one interview so far. The one that I have a better luck is a referral through my network. Might want to try that instead

There have been people looking for a new role for 3-6 months or longer, and have not had much luck. It's just the way the job market is right now
Could be your resume. I was actively job searching March/April. Had a few offers to choose from. Takes about 1-3 weeks to hear from a company if you apply online without referral. Most companies move quickly if they are actually hiring.
I never apply through LinkedIn. I go directly to the company’s website and apply through their career site.

With the way the job market is right now, 6 weeks is nothing. Wait about 6 months!
I am currently employed and I have been passively looking for a couple months now with very little response back from anyone.
Same experience here. Just got a form rejection letter from a job I applied to May 7th today (June 30th) feels very slow
i keep getting responses like, although your resume is impressive we are going in a different direction. What does that actually mean... a polite way of saying no we don't want you
I am currently going through the same thing. I’ve been on the hunt since early April. The average to getting something new is 6-8 months and that’s IF you are lucky.
