I've been applying for about six weeks now, and I can't tell if the job market is just slow right now or if my applications are the problem. My LinkedIn posts and profile are getting decent views and I'm showing up in searches, but I'm barely getting interview requests. Is there a way to tell the difference? I don't want to keep doing the same thing if my resume or approach is what's holding me back, but I also don't want to obsess if this is just what it's like out there right now.

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

Appeared for KPMG interview 45 days back. HR is intentionally delaying offer release. Done with 2nd round of interview in last week of July. My Lwd is in oct first week. I've applied to work at Facebook three times but I can't make it past the initial interview with HR each time. What am I doing wrong?

I feel like I was straight up lied to during the interview process. “lots of opportunities to hit quota”. I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be even close to hitting OTE. Are there any other companies hiring right now?
