I’ve been following Coal India for a while and honestly I don’t think it’s a good stock anymore.38k crore payment to mineral rich states is a huge burden and the company isn’t generating enough profit.Coal gas looks like a failure while companies like NTPC and ONGC are leading in renewables.For critical minerals NMDC, NALCO and Vedanta are better options.Dividends are also likely to decrease and even big investors like Parag Parikh are moving away. What do u think?Is it time to sell and move on?

I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. Felt so on edge and low on emotional resources for over a week that I wasn’t myself and apparently really rubbed a few people the wrong way so I was called in for a talking to 😣. Let's say a person join a company X and then switches to Y after few years. Again switches to company Z after few months. Now the thing is both the previous employers provided Pf but the new company Z which is still growing doesn't have a pf contribution since it is starting out in india. What would happen to existing PF accounts if not withdrawn , will it earn interest? What would i need to do as an employee? Any timelines to follow?

My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?
Other options I'm considering are SBI life, HDFC life which offices are available in my locality.
