I’ve been in organizations where policies were applied strictly to some employees and flexibly to others, depending on role or influence. Explaining that inconsistency is nearly impossible.
How do you maintain trust when policies aren’t applied equally?

I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?
