I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?
Nagarro

I hate to say it, but it also comes down to the level of the position. If it’s a big place with lots of process, people are less likely to try and work around that process for a junior or mid-level position as they would be for a more senior position. That’s been my experience on the hiring side at a large network agency.
Use the two as leverage against each other. Ask the first place to give you a week to consider the offer (I've done it before)
then tell the dream job that you have another offer, but that you're willing to give them until Monday to get a concrete answer
sorry, that proved to be less helpful than I thought! I've been able to buy time that way, but I've done it in a subtle and non-demanding way...
Ask for time to consider the offer. And send a note to the preferred say you’d need an answer by Monday EOD.
If you stall a company, most will wonder why and if you really want the job. They also assume there's a reason you're stalling. I would say Monday EOD is your only option before they start to lose interest unless you're a CD or higher or swapping from freelance to ft or moving cities.
take the job offered. defer your consideration for he other job offer only if it becomes a reality.
