I've been training my coworker to stand up to our boss, who can be a real domineering creep, especially to the girls in the office. Today I heard her say "That's beyond the boundaries of my contract, so unfortunately, I can't help you" and walk away. I felt just like this 😭 He emailed me saying she was unprofessional, but I feel nothing but pride! Do you think she was in the wrong? He was asking her to stay hours late last minute (again).

I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)

Are you responsible for giving performance feedback? Avoid giving personality based feedback. Examples include telling an Asian person they are too quiet/shy or telling a Black person they are agressive/abrasive. DO NOT DO THIS. It clearly represents bias in Performance Management. Performance feedback should be tied to business outcomes with clear examples of what the person does well + how they can improve.
