I've been working with this company for three years. They lost some contracts but now I have to work 2 days a week. Stay or go.

Received an offer from IQVIA and base location is bangalore.The offer came with relocation expenses which the company will provide.I do not wish to relocate at the moment and would want to wfh for now.

Is there a possibility of working from home out of your base location ? Have the employees started going back to office ? A little confused here, please clarify.

Why do firms fire people with low but still profitable hours? I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. It seems like the senior partners already have their “go to” associate for things. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can increase my workload? I reach out for work pretty much weekly.
