It’s never a huge gap, just enough. Do you double down on learning that one thing or keep pushing through interviews?

I work with a junior PM who is not performing. Not my report, we share a mgr, but as a senior PM I lead the product. He can’t finish anything, needs a lot of coaching, I give him 2h/wk but I can’t afford more.
