Bain & Company Got dinged after a final round AC interview with Bain & Company as an experienced hire with 1 YOE. Currently at $75k base salary and on average work 30-40 hours a week.
Considering $15-25k increase in salary, but double the number of work hours, is it worth reapplying to Bain next year or better to wait to apply until after business school?
Hi good people ,I gave 1st round of interview for a data engineer role last Friday.Interview duration was of 1 hr. I think the interview went good but I haven't received any feedback from them.I called hr and she said it will take time.How long is interview process at gsk? How many rounds of interview round more can I expect?

Really, they could be cheating. I guess most of my interviews are technical so seeing how someone reacts is part of the interview.
Fair point, especially for technical rounds. That’s actually why we now include at least one in person interview, to make sure the candidate is genuine while keeping earlier stages flexible.
I think that people should be evaluated based on evidences. If you don't feel well, I think you should postpone the interview, otherwise you can't expect people to have the full picture about you.
Evidence definitely matters. We also encourage rescheduling if needed, and we balance that by having one in person round so we still get the full picture.
Hmmm I actually think you need to be on camera for an interview, I know they are running on empty but you gotta push through,
get that perspective. Our approach has been flexibility early on, then an in person interview later so candidates can show up fully and we can build real trust.
