I’ve heard that project management can be a great fit for accountants looking to move away from traditional roles. Does anyone have experience in this area? What are the pros and cons? And is a course like this from Google enough to get my foot in the door for these roles?

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. I know I'm underpaid (50k/year in the SF Bay Area) but I thought the benefits and stability were worth it. Is being a radiation therapist a good career? I have a nutrition and exercise science bachelors degree and was thinking to do an associate’s in radiation therapy. Would I be able to do a bachelor’s in radiation therapy if I transfer over some of my credits? is this a career with good status?

I have a business idea in the VR/AR space utilizing AI. However, I lack skill sets to evaluate viability or to create an MVP. Neither do I have a network to tap into.

My plan is taking classes to deepen my knowledge while joining and actively participating in communities to find collaborators.

Does this approach make sense or do you recommend other approaches? If it makes sense, do you have any recommendations for classes or communities?

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher.
