I've often heard of really bad recruiters, does anyone know of any good firms or people you think that are really good?
Looking to leave towards more finance roles.
I've had pretty bad experiences with mission staffing.

I had a really great experience with an agency in the North East for FP&A. DM me if you’re interested I can refer the guy I worked with.

Where are you located?

I'm based out of NYC

There are some really bad ones out there but most of the ones I have encountered were actually really good. They aren't all bad.

I've had some great responses from recruiters...I don't really proactively reach out though, I just stay active on LinkedIn and they usually find me. It's worked out pretty well so far

I have a return offer from a big 4! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience as an intern and have no complaints. Would love to go back.

However, a bit confused if I should try and recruit with MBB’s or if I should accept the big 4 offer already and take the sign on bonus?

Would it be a blunder to NOT try recruiting with MBB’s ? Besides the monetary aspect, what are the other things I’d have to think about?

I’ve had radio silence from a small investment bank for about a week now. I’ve completed several rounds of interviews, but last Thursday the firm reposted the job I’ve been interviewing for. On Friday the headhunter said that they’re not sourcing new candidates and it’s probably just LinkedIn automatically refreshing the listing. She said they had a busy week last week but will make a final decision this week - is the delay and radio silence a bad sign or is this typical for experienced hiring?
