Currently, my work attire is on the very much on the casual side of business casual, but I'm thinking a more polished look might be necessary for this new role. Should I invest in new attire? How do I keep my team engaged when I am also struggling to stay motivated?

Our department has had a lot of turnover within the last few months, all of which were from different reasons (school, family issues, opportunities close to home, etc.). It has been a challenge to divide the workload, while still trying to remain flexible and provide a work-life balance.
