I’ve searched the boards but not seeing much discussion on relocation or sign-on bonuses for JPMorgan Chase. I’d also like to be reminded of the typical bonus percentages for Executive Director level. Going through the interview process now and want to do as much research as possible in case this becomes a reality.

Globant India Pvt. Ltd. Hi Globers ! I have an offer from Globant for the role of a BA. While discussing the role with HR pre and post the interviews & offer, I had specifically ask the HR to tag me to Ahmedabad location as that's my hometown and I do not wish to relocate. But she has rolled out the offer for Pune location ane verbally ( isn't giving me in writing ) assured me that the location will be flexible. May I know from the fellow Globers if we have location flexibility or WFH option available? Globant India Pv

That’d be Columbus? 😉
I’m not an ED so can’t speak to bonus # exactly, but from what I’ve seen it’s again all LOB / role / region specific. Columbus is lower compared to other regions, but COL was lower there until recently.
Most of the ED’s that I’ve seen who posted have noted 20-50% bonus depending on role / LOB.
Relocation is role specific; it gets tagged before it’s opened so the HR rep should be able to tell you.
Sign on bonuses are rare unless you’re high up or sales / front office side is my understanding. You can negotiate your EOY bonus amount / %, but not usually a sign on from what I’ve seen / heard of / experienced.

Sales / IB / front office / retail banking have different cycles so bear that in mind.
For regular back office / tech, it’s set in Oct during performance reviews, and paid by end of January the next year.
Typically if you negotiate your bonus first year, it’s nearly all but guaranteed that year. After that it can change.
Bonus growth is more common especially at ED than base growth. Also, depending on your comp you’ll get RSU’s as a %.
What’s your role exactly?
I’m strategy in nyc and make $325k for salary + bonus as a first year ED
I’d expect Columbus ED in a back office / corporate type of role to be at around $225-275k.
