I have completed HR discussion round they were asking about my LWD..I said it is officially 90 days.. so should I discuss with my present company manager about LWD before or after getting offer letter
PS: I will be released early as I am sitting idle in the project..one guy in the project got early release.

You're underselling your skills as a prosecutor. I'd remind firms that the bulk of your work as a prosecutor involved issue spotting, motion practice, discovery, and valuable courtroom experience all of which is important on the defense side also. To the extent they're only focused on your jury trial skills, trying a case also involves assessing risk which you're well versed in also. I'm sure some corporate clients are willing to pay to go to trial and when they do they want someone who has done it before
