Any idea on how is the Job market for Power Platform (power bi + power apps) technologies in Canada??

My company is trying to retain me by saying they will file for Canada visa. Is it a trap like assuring h1b for usa ?

I have recently interviewed at AWS for Cloud Support Engineer 1 role, i have 4.5 yoe in backend development and I'm an AWS solution architect associate certified and currently having offer of 21 LPA , how much can i expect from AWS ? Can they go as far as 35 LPA for this role?
