What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.

I don’t think I have enough YOE to go for a program architect role at SF otherwise I’d be interested.

The JD shared during the interview says : Project Role Description : Assists with the data platform blueprint and design and Key responsibilities is a. Pre-sales and solution ownership of sales pursuits data analytics related services for cloud b. Own end to end RFP or RFI etc. Does it mean work is on presales only ?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.

On my resume, I have listed senior engineer as my title for my time at a company because it was the most recent title when I left, though I had been promoted two months before I left. For a background check, should I put the most recent title or all titles I had at the company (i.e, Sr Data Engineer and Data Engineer, or just the most recent)?
