I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Is this what winning looks like? #MAGA
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Thanks op, best of luck in whatever comes next.
One consideration- take up the MDs on the MC move - you stay employed and can spin it as you search as you need. So much easier to land elsewhere when you look like you are gainfully employed and "not really looking." Use ACN as you search for the right move.
@A7 you shouldn't have anything to be worried about. We had a cull last year as well and first years were exempt.
At op....are they going to let you move to MC?
Also...is there a base severance package...there used to be one
Hm does up or elsewhere apply when it's a lay off and not performance related?
All - the minimum is 2 weeks from level 13-8. 4 week minimum if you are 5, 6, 7. 1 week per year at 13-8. 2 weeks per year at 5,6,7. SoIf you have 3 years of service as an 8, you would get 3 weeks. Looks like they round down so if you have 2 years 9 months, you are only getting 2 weeks.
Are you a "member of the tribe?"
No, but I aspire to be.
^ this guy is right. OP take the move to MC and then chill out for 1 month. If you still want to leave...then leave at that point for a job that is solid.
What's your level OP?
That sucks OP
Sorry to hear that, OP. Best of luck.
What was your chargeability? Sorry to hear man.
So sorry OP. That sucks. I think we all should be brushing up on the severance policy. Who told you--I'd like to know that too. I assumed HR tells people, but maybe it is the MD?
As a relatively new hire in strategy (< 6 months), this is a pretty f'ing disturbing trend. Hope you land on your feet OP.
I'm surprised you're surprised A3. I've also been on the bench for I think 7 weeks now and my TFS is getting a little nosy. Worried I don't have much more time.
Do you always get the HR email before getting let go, or is that the case just some of the time?
Correct @ A6*
What is the tribe ??
Jewish
😉 got it.
I'm prob up for similar treatment, OP. Hopefully I take it as well as you have ;)
