Just got my AWS Cloud Practitioner cert and am looking to get something more Strategy or Finance related. Anyone done any good Certs lately?

I have ~4ys industry experience, considering Slalom in the Cloud/DevOps space. LCOL area, what type of TC could I expect? What do promotions look like from C to SC? Anyone here have experience going from industry to Slalom in the tech field? Curious on your decisioning and if you were happy about it.

Any nurses here not have hospital experience? I work as a community nurse and have previous experience in an assisted living and clinic. I don’t have much interest in going to the hospital. Before taking this jump I want to know how is the career growth in IT Hardware, how is the promotion structure in such companies.
