Just had an interview with Big 4. During the call, I got bad news about family. Once that popped up on my screen, I think it was apparent my mind was off track. Should I message the original recruiter about trying again, and if so, what do I say exactly? (Don’t want to come off as unprofessional)

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.
Any advice on what to do?

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

Does anyone have tips for the structured interview process? I’ve done my research but am not getting past the first round. My credentials must be acceptable if I’m being invited to interview at all. Since post-interview feedback isn’t provided, I’m sort of grasping at straws here!

Interviewing at Microsoft for a Senior Program Manager role. The recruiter said PMs at Microsoft are technical and some of the interviews will focus on technical questions/design problems. I haven’t faced any technical or design rounds earlier (in my prior industry interviews) - how should I best prepare for it? Any advice who interviewed in similar roles or are at the role at MS?
