Hi Everyone
Do anyone know how much bonus does Tavisca gives to its employees who joins lets say in July, I heard its 10% above ctc, but is it always the same or can increase/decrease??
PS : I have joined in july and wanted to calculate my ctc including bonus or any incentive.
Any help would be appreaciated... Thanks

As a woman who works at your firm and who has taken multiple leaves I am telling you to please take the time. Men who decline to take their parental leave not only do their wives a disservice, but they are setting all women back by perpetuating a culture where taking a leave for the birth of a child is viewed as a bad thing. It won’t set you back, your metrics will recover, but you will NEVER get this time back with your baby.
Congratulations! If it’s a boy you have to call him Ernst. And take the paternity leave.
Take the time . All firms adjust targets for parental LOA and you won’t get penalized . Clients understand too . But the real reason you should do it is because it is the ONLY right thing to do for your wife and your baby
Take the time and be the ambassador for WLB at your firm. As a leader it’s your opportunity to set an example. And, Congratulations!!!
I made partner while out on paternity leave which definitely was risky but also something I wasn't willing to give up no matter what. I was nervous about it but it ended up being a non event. If the team is supportive take the time and worry about metrics later
Not a partner so no clue but congrats on the baby and making partner! 🥳🥳
Take your time off. Metrics will be fine man. Having a kid is special. No 2 ways about it.
EY partner here. Congratulations on the baby and your promotion.
Take the time.
Take the leave! A male MD at Accenture (an office Managing Director) recently took (full) pat leave. And after coming back, he hosted our townhall (virtually), and had his baby in his lap the entire time, as his wife was also working and their childcare fell through. The number of positive comments I heard afterwards, from men and women, was crazy. People were SO relieved to see a senior person embracing parenting and normalizing it.
Take the time! Only happens once.
Are you saying this is his last child??? Lol
Congratulations 🎉🎈🍾🎊 on becoming a father and making partner (lots of changes).
As everyone here has said, take the time.
