Just out of curiosity do Deloitte, KPMG & PwC have a CBS equivalent? Basically a group for all the non-Client Service employees. Lower raises and bonuses, less chance for promotion but supposedly people in this group work less hours and have “job security “..(which is mostly BS at EY as I’m now in CBS and often work 60-70 hours per week).

I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. Hi folks, which certifications do you recommend for Business Analysts?

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
