One competing offer (that is lower) and only MBB promotion to Engagement manager in a few months as leverage point. I have an offer from HCL and TCS Noida and KPMG Pune. Offer from KPMG being a slightly higher package. Pune is far from my hometown and Noida is Close. Can you please suggest will KPMG be worth joining as a cloud and DevOps Engineer ? Is there a chance of relocation later since now there was an opening just for the Pune location?

I applied for a Director Learning and Development (L&D) role at McKinsey about a month ago via a referral. About a week ago, my McKinsey employee (who referred me) received an automated email saying that I had moved to the pre-screening process of the recruitment process and that I'll hear from the recruiter shortly.

Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?
