I was hoping that you were going to sway Buckhead. Amazing options and nightlife. I’ve never stayed downtown. Sorry, I’m useless to you OP.
Been in ATL on a project for over a year. Buckhead has the best hotels but you need to leave by 730 8 at the latest in the morning to get in quick.midtown has some cool restaurants and nightlife. Hotels are ok. Downtown is rough at night. Don't want to be walking around (by Peachtree center). But the Ritz is nice and we have a decent rate there.
BCG1 MJQ Wednesday can we the best or worst night of your life. Love the recommendation
W Midtown, if you prefer downtown then I’d recommend Twelve Downtown or the Glenn Hotel. And DEFINITELY go to Aviva for lunch as much as humanly possible.
St. Regis is best. Second favorite is Marriott marquee. I also like Ritz, Sheraton downtown and JW Marriott. Hotel W is okay. Westin downtown sucks, although I have heard the other one in buckhead is fine.
Buckhead. Whitley, Mandarin or st Regis
The Ritz or the W midtown is where most peers/teammates stay. Midtown has more to do, but the Ritz is nice and next to the office
Midtown is much better than downtown. Also, Buckhead nightlife can be fun, but is basically college 2.0 (idk if that’s what you’re into)
Where is the client? I’d stay close to them. Not worth 30 minutes in traffic...
Ritz downtown is usually a good option
Westin downtown has great city views through curtain wall (floor to ceiling) glass windows, and has this handrail on the window which is great if you have a guest (bent) over for desert. 👌🏼
Courtyard Marriott buckhead staff are my second family 😊 they are THE BEST.
W Downtown 👍 - though it’s quiet downtown there are some god food & bar options around the W (eg mellow mushroom)
W in midtown or Lowes

Will 2nd the Midtown approach. Just commute in, Deloitte isn’t too far from the Marta stop if you want to go into the office. If you’re late 20s, Virginia highlands is awesome. MJQ is fun. If you want a local to show you around, make another post when you’re here. Happy to meet up for a drink
W Downtown or the Ritz. Never the Westin. The Four Seasons is the best choice but no points :(
This is a question for Migos — Quavo Ratatouille should know best..also could look for Andre 3000 and Big Boi..but im not a rapper
Atlanta is a great city to travel to for projects - especially downtown clients 🏙
MARTA train runs from airport to downtown 🚊
Downtown has homeless people but I wouldn’t be scared of them 😥 I walk around alone downtown at night (female) and have never felt threatened
We have great hotels, restaurants, and lots of other distractions:) 🍹💃🏽🕴🏽🕺🏻
The weather seems to be starting to cool off early this year so it is a great time to travel to my city ☀️
W Midtown or Marriott Marquis are both nice
Buckhead, Midtown, or Downtown. I’m open to either of those
^went this weekend and had a fucking blast. Didn’t even have to get drunk to have fun
W midtown is amazing. I get up and run and piedmont park every morning. Westin customer service SUCKS.
