Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. I'm a marketer and I'm having a hard time getting my clients to listen to me.

I have been in marketing for 10 years now. I've worked with hundreds of clients and have been able to increase their sales by over $1 million each year.

But every time I go into a meeting with a new client, they ignore everything I say. They just want to talk about their product. They don't seem interested in learning how to market it better.

I am an IT architect with 10 years of experience specifically in Salesforce products. I am thinking of moving from a strategy consulting role to an architecture role in Salesforce (company) itself. I have experience building tech strategies and also technical project delivery.

I am completely surprised of how low compensation is in TX. For any of you that have visibility to pay ranges what is your experience with pay ranges for your company?
