Which company should I join considering

Been interviewing for front end dev - 5YOE. Had been with Deloitte USI as a Consultant back in India. Applying for big 4's and tech firms but seems like they have been taking forever to review the applications (2-3 weeks now for few since applied!)

Have one offer from CGI as Sr.Con for 105k. Does anyone know how good/not good is CGI in terms of work, culture, WLB, perks?

So something crazy happened to me last week. I was at the airport, and as usual on call after call. I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I’m very interested in the opportunity but also don’t want to make a poor financial decision early in my career. Thank you for your time!
