KPMG has frozen salaries across the firm except for graduates and promotions but guess what? They've actually REDUCED graduate salaries by 2K effectively nullifying the inflationary pay rise given in 2022. Combined with the inflation and cost of living crisis, this is like a huge pay cut at a time when we're already living paycheck to paycheck.
