Will they give you the same offer to come in as high performing SA? Lol

Do you think PwC will give you more at promo? Without knowing specifics, a $30k jump is damn good. The Manager level is purely execution and I wouldn’t worry about network until SM levels.
No we won’t.

You needn’t worry about state taxes, as your employer will cover any tax impact for work done outside of your primary tax jurisdiction. Your compensation will be based on your primary office location.

From personal experience, it should be easy to be a high performer in the Cyber group at a KPMG with a basic cyber background. I’m not sure what the extra responsibilities you expect at the M level but it would probably just be managing a few resources with limited experience. Shouldn’t be that hard.
I say do it but keep the bonus in savings in case you want to quit so you can’t pay it back. Nothing wrong with a stretch and if you hate it, you can say it was an unsupportive environment joining as a new hire in a pandemic / virtual env.
How long would it take you to get to that salary at PWC? How certain are you that you'd get there?
Bonus feels pretty low.
That’s better. I’d much rather have base than bonus
Seems a little low for cyber M in HCOL. Do you know the potential bonus?
What group / salary?
Cyber, HCOL, 150k
It’s KPMG. I wouldn’t expect much. This business is a math game so you know the limits already based on the rates the firms command.

What’s your base? Anything under 150k it’s essentially 20%+ which is average for a promotion. What were you expecting?
I am in exactly the same spot. Reluctant to jump without a network.

No way you are an M1 making 120 at PwC?
