I work for a small engineering consultancy and I've been really struggling with just work, direction and career satisfaction, to the point its effecting my performance
I"ve been in the engineering industry for nearly 4 years and I'm still on a graduate contract, mainly because I've had 4 different engineering jobs in 4 years (2 i was made rendundant) but this is really offputting as everyone i know with a similar experience to me is earning about 20-30% more than i do
