The home-cooked meals is such a stretch lol
The emojis gave me a deep chill. This is so much yikes.
“Free home-cooked food” sounds like they take turns bringing in potluck dishes every day for lunch. Hard pass.
Think it means OP is expected to bring their own food into the office and eat at their desk… lol.
The "we're growing very fast" is the biggest red flag. It means the team is lean and you're expected to do way more than you're signing up for, for not enough money 😮💨
WeWork was growing VERY VERY fast too.
I’ve never seen so many red flags on a job posting. Run, run for your life.

These are benefits in the same way RTBs are actual reasons to believe. Run.
You 🫵 have to 2️⃣ see 👁️ the red flags ⛳⛳⛳⛳⛳⛳
But they def need a copywriter 😂😂
The first “benefit” is you doing your job 😂
most of those are not benefits 😂😂😂
Want to benefit? Run away.
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
No big company red tape = no policies in place to handle most situations.
High agency = if you see a problem, go fix it yourself.
Generous leave policy = everybody is burned out so we’re hoping that giving them some extra time off occasionally helps them to stay.
No 😂
Hell no
These. Are. Not. Benefits.
“You get to work really really hard for little pay, but our clients will be happy and you get a MacBook.”
Idk “you pick your device” could also very much mean “no IT support and you use your personal computer!”
These benefits make my skin crawl. Not trying to be rude but I’m genuinely curious. How did you make it to the later stages of the interview process? Were there no red flags before this “benefits package”?
The first interview was with the HR which is general questions and the second one was with the head of design which talks about my experiences, behavioural and situational questions. The benefits package is something i noticed on their website, which is essentially pages of Notion links.
The benefits should definitely be "vacation, comprehensive health and dental package" "wellness days" additional pay for additional work lol - this basically says welcome to this agency - we're new and we want you to work hard to make up for the people we don't have.
One of the best posts on Fishbowl ever. The "free home cooked food" is very intriguing. I'd take the job just to see what exactly that is and who's making it. My guess: it's the founder's mom.
