If pay is similar - PwC
Rising Star
This question comes up all the time.
You forfeit pay and progression in exchange for WLB at Slalom. Yes you’ll “progress” but if your goal is to make partner in b4 or even arguably MD, best to stay the course
PWC for growth and opportunities. Slalom for opportunities in playing mind games and kissing Ass.

You’ll stall out at slalom (pay wise) relative to PwC. If you just want a pay bump and something new I’d say the former. If you’re happy with your comp and want a slower pace I’d take the latter

If your network is meh and you want some cash and a rebuild, off to PWC you go
What do you value? Choice is easy after that...
I'm not getting rich here, but rarely work over 50 hours.
Slalom
Reason?
Lateral move to PwC will give you more upside potential. Keep in mind it will likely take 2 years to build your network for promo case.
