In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Looking for some advice.. Manager left, I was given their work. Promoted few months after, but not to the role of my previous manager. Rec opened, I applied, didn't get it. We hired the new person and in my hopes to offload some of that original work back to them. I was told I'm going to continue to do everything my previous manager was doing.
