Hi I have 1 year experience in SAP Fico in capgemini and have ctc of 4.25 lakhs. I cleared two technical rounda where deep domain related questions were asked and it seems interview went very well and told I be getting Hr call for further process. Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

Sooo... am I hired?
Use this question as a way to exhibit the fact that you’ve done some deep diving into the agency.
E.G., “a few years ago you guys did some work for Xxx that won a few awards. Do you know how that work came about and if that team is still around?”
What are their top 3 priorities for the next 2-3 years (as a business) and what specifically could you do to help them be successful? What does success look like for them (personally and professionally)? And what’s missing with the team? Where are the opportunities to serve as a mentor?
If you were talking to a new client and trying to get up to speed on the brand and the product, what q’s would you ask? It’s really not all that different, when you think about it—although hopefully you’d have a lot more opportunity with the clients (dubious an interviewer is going to have time to answer more than a few). But here’s one you should always end with if at all possible in an agency, client, or real people interview—“what other question should I be asking?” Never know what you’ll learn.
