Roll into a Roth IRA. Then you can invest it in ETFs or whatever other exchange traded thing that your heart desires. Probably move it to fidelity or vanguard for free trades on most major ETFs
You can roll it over into your current 401k. I would only do this if you feel the funds offered by your current employer reflect your preferences and priorities. There would be no taxes owed on this option.
You can roll it over into a Traditional IRA. This would allow you to invest in whatever you preferred and would have no tax implications.
You can roll it into a Traditional IRA and then into a Roth IRA. You will have to pay taxes on the Roth Rollover, but you will no longer have to pay taxes on future growth. Something to keep in mind on this option given you are a manager is what your tax rate currently is vs what you expect your tax rate will be in retirement.
If you think your tax rate in retirement will be lower based on the amount of money you plan to withdraw, it may be best to leave the money in a traditional IRA. If you think it will be higher and you wrap your head around the taxes owed then the Roth may be a good option.
You could also choose to do a mix. So move into a traditional and then move some of the amount into a Roth over the next few years. If your income exceeds the Roth limit - you can look into Backdoor Roth’s. Hope this helps.
