I got offer from IBM in my home location itself, with 18.5LPA fixed for 9 yea in automation testing. Here my manger is confusing me like layoff will after u join in IBM.. but I am in cts as 11.2 only .. but now I got SA promotion with 10 % hike .. and also no retnation for me also not there whether I can choose IBM or stay here .. kindly help guys .

I am looking forward to HR round for Macquarie Gurugram. All rounds went well except for numerical reasoning section in psychometric test. My yoe is exactly 8 years. My current CTC is 16.2 and expecting raise in current company in 2-3 months.

After one week, the operations manager resigned and I took over as a trial. Officially am operations manager, but no title (only verbal) and no raise. Owner likes benefits over big pay raises. My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition. Just completed my last shift in the ICU. I'm glad to be shifting back to the Maternatity ward. It was exhausting, and emotionally draining working with such sick patients. I know the work we did made a big difference, but I'm glad to go back to my favorite role!
