After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Anyone here received offer for an experienced associate position in management consulting at PwC in the last couple of weeks? I know a handful of us done with the partner round interview and are waiting for the feedback. No response from the team after sending follow up email either. PwC

I’ve always seen this as a red flag if it reaches a company so long to hire and so many different people to interview there’s two things wrong with this company, too much red tape and nothing ever gets done and/or upper management has no faith in the hiring manager to make a decision. About the only place an interview process should possibly take this long is senior VP level or higher and that’s still too much
I know! It says a lot about a company and how it manages its processes, and who has the autonomy to decide.
I once met with a company that took over 3 months to put an offer on the table. Had multiple zoom calls with different members of the team and management, flew to see them, and phone calls. Besides the terms if the offer itself, the process was a red flag for me. I would keep that in mind if something doesn’t feel right to you.
I hope the process was at least a good learning lesson! Three months seems too much.
As an account executive I think you have the right idea - two months max. Even that is a long hiring process. What I would do is ask in your next interview how many other candidates they are currently interviewing— it’s possible that the recruiting team is just overwhelmed with applications. Plus, it sets you up to ask “is there any reason you can think of why you wouldn’t hire me?” I wouldn’t recommend that for all roles but for sales it shows that you aren’t afraid of slight discomfort (which obviously translates to asking for a sale). And if they have any concerns you can then address those and present yourself as a stronger candidate. Good luck! And if that role doesn’t work out ProSites is hiring and you’re more than welcome to DM me!
6 months, 8 interviews
It might have been a high-up position. It seems like a long time. I think that my limit will be 2 months.
3 months, 5 interviews - pretty intense ones too. Ended up not taking it because if I hate the interview process, probably won't like the company
I am surprised to see really long duration for an interview process? Like how can that be possible. I only got 5 interviews for 2 months. And 2 months is already a long interview process for me.
I wouldn’t do anything more than 3 interviews and an offer. If you go beyond that, I’d walk.
Nothing worse than an indecisive company.
