Longtime RN-moved from my true love of ER❤️ several years ago to a vastly different dept. then another. Haven't been around or cared for any patients with long COVID. To those of you who have, please advise what you've seen, what has helped & what didn't (what to avoid) & medical facilities or systems you would most recommend. My daughter is 22, & was very healthy & active in sports all her life. Vibrant healthy energetic happy girl until COVID x2. She now STAYS sick & has had 2 surgeries. 💔
TIA❣️

I’m curious, did your daughter have the vaccine? Is there any correlation/evidence between multiple covid vaccines and “long Covid?”

Some people feel worst and some better after being vaccinated. Look up polyvagal theory. That explains why people get long COVID.

Please YouTube Nurse Rob polyvagal. I made a video about how I recovered from having long COVID for 2 years. You can find links to my Reddit and IG on that video. Reach out. Not selling coaching or supplements. You can also YouTube raelan agle and she has interview with people who have healed.

I have long covid. Recently started a low dose naloxotine…. Hopeful but there is not any cure out there YET. Keep the faith ❤️‍🩹
