Looking for guidance. I’ve been in people manager roles (in director/senior leader capacity) for the last 5 years now, and prior to that I was a “rockstar” Project Manager. I have epilepsy that is sleep deprivation induced. With deliverables requiring me to stay up late to turn them around by deadlines, how do I bring up that this is getting dicey for my safety?
