Looking for advice! Ive been with my company a few years now, and although I’ve been given multiple salary bumps I still don’t feel like I’m being paid fairly for my workload. The raises I got were only after team members left and I basically absorbed their roles, and I started off at a very low wage. I’m super thankful for the opportunities I’ve been given and don’t want to come off as money hungry, but based on market research I’m still making well below average salary for my title.

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.

Hello! This is a long story, so I’ll try to keep it brief. I work for a very small supplement company - it’s myself (marketing/acct mgmt) my coworker (sales), and the owner. My coworker is struggling to complete his tasks/meet his goals, and the owner is coming to me about angry clients.
