Currently interviewing and if I have an offer, should I switch to a government role with the same pay rate (probably less promotion opportunities but more stability).

I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.
Skill 1: Pure Technical
Skill 2: Semi Technical + Managerial

What you I be expecting in this third round?

Would going to accounting advisory or finance in industry or Ops at a big bank be a better option for career?

When a company asks us to provide the offer letter we are already having , is it fine to provide it to them as it is confidential.

I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?
