Had a recruiter reach out about a manager gig at PWC in a sales effectiveness strat role in TMT. Said max comp is $155, which is low in my mind for max (parity to my big 4 salary). Are they being serious? Or is this their way of negotiating against me? Also mentioned IC at PWC is 25% of base comp, true? (IC seems high/inflated)

Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. $325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. Love the intellectual variety, smart colleagues, flexibility (WFH has let me take occasional 2-3h windows during the day for personal activities) - can’t take the stress anymore.
