Providence Health & Services Anyone looking to exit to industry? I’m a former Big 4 revenue cycle consultant now leading the net revenue valuation and analytics at a large West health system with two current openings. One is in the data shop (SQL, cloud migration, Clarity) and the other is on the analyst side (budget/forecast, variance/trend analysis). Offshore team for the grunt work allows us to focus on value-add, including collaboration with our data scientists on integrating machine learning into our processes. Providence Health & Services

Sounds like you don’t have 7 YOE 😜
But on a serious note, I think you’re low. Could exit to tech with that and increase comp prob 30-50%

I would argue slightly less!

Definitely would push for 150-190 given your expertise

Not delusional at all. I know many that have confirmed 7YOE tech consulting that are in that pay band. Obviously diff variables/factors for where someone lands in pay band (certs/advanced education/COL) but it is very real to achieve 150-190 given OP’s description
Low - I was offered $135k for associate manager with 8 yoe for federal
If you are a service now engineer, then def shop around
Ya and I denied it because it was the same as my salary at Deloitte and I knew others that were offered $145-155k. Ended up going to a start up for $165k and am now at $185k a year later. As an engineer you can demand much more than what you are making now.
Shop around to find your true worth
Nice comp! Can I borrow 25 bucks?
E transfer! I’ll DM you
With 7 yoe you’d be at minimum a manager at making 150-160k at pwc. Let me know if you want a referral
I’m 2.5 YOE at Accenture in ServiceNow. I’m also an associate manager and my base is 153K. You should definitely exit for more or ask for a salary review.
