What’s a realistic increase? Should I ask between $62-68k? I’ve been told by an Account Director that some agencies are doing sign-on bonuses, too and should even ask higher. Your thoughts? BG info: 5 years experience PR and advertising mix with background in digital marketing. Masters degree, too.
