I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon

You absolutely can get into software engineering without a formal degree. I was going to go into detail about it, but figured it might be easier to share this resource, which basically covers everything I was going to say (and probably better than I could have said it): https://www.springboard.com/blog/software-engineering/software-engineering-job-no-degree/
I'm not in SWE, but still technical role. T/PgM. Similar to you Management role for 10+ years. No degree, relevant experience was valued when I applied. Similar autonomy as SWE and good pay, not quite as great as SWE. With my YOE experience just under 200k TC as an L4, and I would argue that is underleveled considering experience. I would say PMP has a lot of value, but I dont personally have it. Some college but no degree.
Yep, as others have said, it's doable without a degree. Experience matters more than education in most cases, actually, so the more experience you can gain during your certification programs and/or by taking on small projects as you learn, the better.
