Asked my manager whether the company sponsor for Product Owner certifications and he asked me to build/ create a case and share with him so that we can check with the higher management.

Graduated in 2020, wanted to be a graphic designer, took a job at a startup in a social media role. The boss called me the "r" word for not handling entire 13-ish accounts roster well by myself. I quit. Found a role as social media specialist. Realized (again) that I hate social media. Moved to in-house mktg manager, only to be a glorified graphic designer / someone to call the city to cut down trees. I job hopped too much, I feel my portfolio is empty. How do I restart again? I feel defeated.

Ok NOW I can finally say I passed all four parts of the CPA exam. I can’t even begin to tell you all how hard of a journey this has been for me and how much sleep I’ve lost throughout these past few months. It was all worth it though. Hello All, I’m a project manager but seeking to pivot into UX Research. I do have some experience but don’t have a portfolio yet. Can anyone advise if I should focus on going through a bootcamp or focus on getting a Masters in HCI? Or just building a portfolio with the experience I do have? There are very few entry-level roles and many places are only hiring “Sr UXR” with 3-5+ years of experience! Any tips on how to break into this field and/or stand out as a junior applicant?? Thanks!

I have a unique challenge right now in my class. I teach hand drafting in my class and the sanitizer and sprays they are using is making the tape not stick, has anyone to run into this and does anyone have any suggestions? We have found if we wipe the table down with multiple kinds of cleaner in soap and let it dry well that it will stick better but this is a huge time consumer as we transition between classes.

Thoughts on director level role in big hospital chains?

I currently do planning system implementation at SC level. Quite technical stuff and less PMO. What are my future career possibilities from here onwards? Can I keep progressing in the standard ladder and keep doing implementations, or is it automatically going to end up becoming more are more sales oriented and less actual implementation work? Especially interested in the SM level and above. I’d prefer staying at Big 4 and avoid the supplier side.
