These are my favorite. They vary between light pink to deep red based on how much light they get. They also do really well in shady areas. Aglaonema lady valentine.
Sparkling Sarah. I have mine in the same pot. 🤣
Hoyas!!! A princess or queen
Came to say this!
I keep chives for culinary use, and it puts up lovely purple flowers on occasion! Don't have any pictures handy (not in bloom at the moment) but pictures are easy to find online.
Yeah chives are pretty
I love a good philodendron! They're super easy, and - while the majority are green - there are so many shapes and sizes to add energy to a space! As far as color goes, there's are several variegated varieties that are getting easier to find, plus once-rare plants like pink princesses are much more affordable theses days!
Songs of my other favorite colorful plants are tradescantias, begonias, and marantas/calatheas (though those last two can be a bit more finicky, so they wouldn't love a spot in a widow that gets too much bright sun).
Thank you! I've had this one for over 2 years and it's really low maintenance.
Hoyas are also good in a sunny spot and VERY easy to take care of- they can go weeks without water, so if you forget no biggie
Wandering dudes (Tradescantia genus). I grew them outside but I've seen a lot of them indoors. You can literally just plant a twig of one and it'll grow it's own roots
