Is this your work, op?
This is a pretty middling spot. Hard to see how I would be so inspired to find it on YouTube and share the video if it wasn’t mine. Strange.
Rising Star
Feels like an ad I’ve seen 100 times before.

Like the casting, like the acting from the father and daughter. Story is simple and well delivered. Well shot like GCD1 said. Nicely edited. It's inoffensive. Job well done. Line is kinda forced but I'm sure that'swhat they could get BA and AMEX to approve.
Seen worse for sure.
Nicely shot
“Wherever you want to be in the world, AmEx gets you closer.” Good key thought that sums up the partnership. Pity it’s buried in the spot. All of the action should have tee’d this up and then a super should have driven it home. You’ll do better next time.

Ha that's better than "checkout the world", didn't even hear it.

It's like that ad I just saw about a guy preparing dinner for their newly adopted kid. Or something like that. For some brand I don't remember. In other words, these kinds of ads are forgettable.
In the UK we are now just starting travel.
We have been stuck at home - phase one of ad.
We then started travelling - but we didn't go home for fear of our older families.
We are now finally going home - going home is always best.
As someone who hasn't seen her family in over two years the ad is brilliant - Amex for house, outings, and getting you back home.
It's simple, it's relevant, and it's about human behaviour without being an overly sweet John Lewis ad.
I'm not really sure what more you want from an Amex ad.

Nope
Meh.
I feel like it depends on how long you worked on this before shooting.
A month? Fine.
2? Eh.
3+ - yikes.
