I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.
I am confused mainly cause the tech stack requirement is similar to my role in the company.

My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. Thoughts on GEP?

I moved from NY to CA about halfway through 2020. Do I have to claim half the year in CA in my taxes? It’s a temporary move so hoping I don’t have to (but my drivers license and mailing address are now CA). Any advice is appreciated!
