I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

Hello all, I am a production manager for a sign design and manufacturing company. I have been with the company for six years now starting as lead graphic designer working my way to the production manager. since becoming the production manager two years ago I am responsible for 4 large format printers and 1 vinyl plotter. Looking for advice. My wife and I moved into a nice 4 bedroom. I would like to have one room for my office (fully remote consultant). We don’t have kids yet. She wants 3 kids and all 3 have their own room. I want 2 and would like if they are the same gender to share a room. (Atleast before teenagers). I grew up sharing a room and it was great. My third week on a project and I just... know it’s not for me. I’m miserable, overwhelmed, and feel really destined for failure. This is a huge project with super high visibility and I just don’t want to do it. Seriously considering taking a leave of absence.

I don’t get it. I want to quit my job. My significant other is ok with me quitting. I hate it, just want to leave every meeting and in a field I don’t care about at all. I have a few months of savings. But I just can’t get myself to quit. I just push through all the meetings hoping not to get called out.
