I moved from kpmg to d s&a. Interviewed for C and was given A (one year of experience). A kpmg SA does not necessarily equal a deloitte SC. People at kpmg make SA in two years while it takes two years to make C at deloitte
Currently SA2, and will go to M in 2020 with an outside chance this year. At D, might take 4-5 years to Manager because their structure is bloated in the middle with C/SC extra level.
You just answered your question, what exactly can we help you with?
Hm. What salary are you at now and what do you think it will be in 2020 if you stay at K?
114k currently. Will Spike by 10% normally in Lighthouse in Oct when year ends. Making M will likely be higher this year or next.
that’s great pay for C! Most SCs are getting paid that. You may have interviewed for SC but didn’t interview performance wise for that role, so they still want you so are paying a bit more than typical for a lower title. I’d take it and run with it, less expectations and you can crush it and get huge bonuses. It’s always easier coming in at a lower level so you can have time to make the network
What salary are you at now? If 135k is <20% raise I wouldn't move.
114k base current.
135k at Consultant level is practically unheard of. That is very high even for SF,NY office.
