Now need to decide whether to take it. From comp perspective, Deloitte is $125k + bonus (~$20k), McK is $115k + bonus (~$25k). Deloitte will sponsor my MBA starting 2023 (in a deferred M7 program), with McK I'll have to wait until 2024 (if I'm approved at all). Enjoy my analytics work now, hopefully would in McK Digital too.

Thoughts? Likely going to accept the offer but could use some other POVs

My KPMG HR had verbally told me that I would be eligible for the relocation benefits once office resumes...and a annual bonus ranging from 10-30% of CTC

But there's no mention of that in the OL...

Shall I ask her to generate a new OL or not required?

Joined companyC with 18.8lpa ( currently working here for 7 months)
I was approached by my Manager from companyA and he has asked me if i am interested to join his team. ( He is now working for a different organisation as sr. Manager) . They are okay with 25lpa + compensation
Should I consider this opportunity or is it too early to switch again

I left biglaw after 3 years to a mid-size firm. Took a pay cut but the hours, people, culture and work were so much better I never thought twice about the salary or “prestige.” Ultimately I started 2 very small firms. I am not rich by biglaw standards but I have a very comfortable life and put my kids through college with no debt. 35 years after leaving big law, people are still impressed when I say I started there. I feel like I still had the benefits of the connection w/o the suffering.
