I know I struggle with it daily. Anxiety and stress are especially through the roof for me. I've found exercising and a healthy diet definitely help. There's some great vitamins out there that I recommend like L-Theanine that are natural ways to help your mind calm down.

I take my happy pill everyday. I stopped watching the news all the time (I check in about 1-2 x a week). I stopped worrying about things I can’t do anything about. I don’t take work worries home with me.
