MBB folks, would a high performer (early promotion, demonstrated project results) from a T2 firm (ATK,OW,LEK) have a decent shot at transitioning to MBB? If so, what path would you recommend (online applying, networking through LinkedIn, etc)?

I’m on the third rd of interviews for a Relationship Banker position and have 7 years Military leadership experience, 7 years sales which include 3 years mortgage lending. One year left to complete my MBA. Should I make the move or stay where I’m at? And what is the typical salary and commission to be expected on the offer letter? Any information would be great.

I have total 6.5 YOE and 3 years in DevOps domain and current salary is 6.1 LPA so can anyone suggest me how much salary should i ask in the HR round so I won't look to costly and not too cheap.

I went on mutiple round interviews with a firm. HR basically said they wanted a firm commitment after the 3rd round. I told them I was extremely interested and looking forward to seeing what the offer was but I couldn't speak in absolutes.

I currently work at a medium sized firm and have about two years experience in personal injury litigation. I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
